MyNutritionLab(R) is the online course management system that makes it easy for you to organize your class, personalize your students' educational experience, and push their learning to the next level. MyDietAnalysis will be available as a single sign-on from MyNutritionLab. MyNutritionLab makes learning easy for students with its easy navigation on a chapter-by-chapter basis. Read It This section also contains chapter summaries to direct student learning, plus the new Pearson eText. The Pearson eText is easy for students to read. Users can create notes, highlight text in different colors, create book marks, zoom, click hyperlinked words and phrases to view definitions, and view in single page or two-page view. Pearson eText also links students to associated media files, enabling them to view an animation as they read the text. See It Students can access videos to extend their learning on important nutrition topics, view animations, and access a total of 40 new NutriTools interactive activities.
All new Cooking 101 videos, available on the companion website and the IR-DVD, will cover a wide range of nutritional topics important to students and others, including basics of stocking a kitchen, using inexpensive and simple ingredients to build a great meal; tips for selecting and storing produce; and how to handle and prepare foods safely, among many others! Hear It Students can download and listen to audio Nutri-Cases on their iPods or any other device that plays MP3 files. Study It This section contains access to extra math and chemistry help specific to nutrition with Get Ready for Nutrition. Review It Contains quizzes for each chapter, along with access to flashcards that are available as downloads to a mobile phone.
