MEET THE AUTHOR

Michael A. Kahn, DDS, is Chairman and tenured Professor of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, Oral Medicine and Craniofacial Pain, at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He also serves as Laboratory Director of Tufts Oral Pathology Services and maintains a clinical intramural practice. He has authored more than 60 articles in professional journals and actively lectures nationally. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and a Diplomate and Director of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. Dr. Kahn is also a Past–President of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology.


J. Michael Hall, DDS, MABMH, is Associate Professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, Oral Medicine, and Craniofacial Pain at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and Director of the Department′s Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. Dr. Hall has published in the medical and dental peer?]reviewed literature on a variety of pathology subjects with a special interest in intrabony tumors of the jaws. He has also given numerous invited lectures and presentations at conferences nationally and internationally. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology
