Main description:

This lab manual is designed to cover material in the subject of human anatomy at an introductory level. It presents material in a system based format, covering gross anatomical content in most human systems. It is designed to correlate with an undergraduate class that has access to a human cadaver lab or to a class with access to either human prosections or advanced anatomical models.There are several images included in the manual text for labeling and active engagement during class time or in preparation for class. This highlights the importance of viewing the structure with close and careful attention paid to the anatomical relationships that guide us through proper identification of structures within the human body. There is an assignment at the end of each lab to draw attention to these relationships and offer practice to the student's observation of anatomical structures.
