recommendations of symptom complexes and disease entities using electroencephalography, evoked potentials, and nerve conduction studies.

This is an excellent addition to the field. It provides good background on the neurophysiological concepts that are clinically applicable, and focuses more on the theory and interpretation of tests...the graphics are excellent and help to visually get across important teaching points.
